The ordering process was very easy it was the disorganized staff getting orders out when a food delivery driver was waiting for a order nearly got mixed in with my order.

The chicken burrito and soft tacos were tasty. However, using the Kiosk to order takes away from the personal customer service experience. The dining room was clean and quiet.

Aside from having to order 1st, ask for key to bathroom, wait to be escorted to the room as they don't give you a key. In this 2 and a half minutes See your single Taco ready as I don't eat a lot after waking up going to bed on a full stomach. My order was also placed without Tomato's so why I had to pick them off I don't know. Every single loction seems to have this issue. Could be with the online ordering I don't now don't know what the kitchen make/build/order screen looks like when an order comes in. My chapula was soggy due to it being ready before I was ready to consume it all because bathrooms are for paying customers only. I only stopped here from a drive leaving the city of DHS. Basically across the freeway from Palm Springs heading to Orange County and due to traffic on the road for an hour and 15 minutes now needing to relieve myself. Pretty sad and I for one refuse to spend my hard earned money of I have to buy something for it to be sitting getting cold while needing to relieve myself. I prefer to relive then order and be ready-to-wear eatbin that order! Not order, and while being allowed to relieve myself my food sits and my item is no longer enjoyable when I get to eatting it.

Although the Staff is Helpful, and Attentive. I can say with certainty that every time I've visited, there's a shortage of the Mango soft drink. If there's a high demand, you should look to meet that demand. We would come back more often.

Jade Ann Byrne My MoVaL Taco Bell on Taco Tuesday There’s a rhythm to Moreno Valley that pulses each Taco Tuesday through even its simplest pleasures, like a 9:30 AM fourth meal at the local Taco Bell, my unexpected sanctuary of choice post-Planned Parenthood. The place beams with an inviting modern flair – those spotless floors and the stylish tricorn black ceiling effortlessly elevating the fast-food dining scene. The staff? Oh, they’re the heartbeats behind the counter, dishing out not just meals but smiles, making every interaction feel like you’re the star of the day. And let’s talk about the meal that cradles comfort in every bite – the Build Your Own Cravings Box. It’s not just food; it’s a craft. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch harmonizing with the Bean Burrito, while the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and MTN DEW® Baja Blast® perform a culinary ballet, leaving my taste buds in a standing ovation. Standing tall in MoVaL, this Taco Bell isn’t just meeting standards; it’s setting them. Much like Glen Bell’s vision, it’s a testament to dreamers and doers alike. To the team that brings this experience to life, you’ve got my applause and a loyal fan in me. Until the next craving calls, Jade Ann Byrne

It's always great to walk into a place where the dining room will be closing in less than 10 minutes, and no one else is there. The food was fresh, but since they went to ordering kiosks, there's less interaction with the staff. However, it was still the best time to go.

This Taco Bell was just perfect. Order was correct and the food was hot. There was a car ahead of me that broke the unwritten drive thru rules and ordered for at least 10 people, so the wait was longer then usual. The nice drive thru lady apologized, told me about the order before me, and gave me free Nachos. Great customer service.

I really enjoyed coming to this Taco Bell late at night. The staff that works there always gets my order right and it’s always delicious. The food is always wrapped correctly and I always get the right amount of sauce. There’s a lot of great crew members that work there one of them, his name is Diego. The staff is always happy at night and always with a positive attitude.
